The longest moving line of wheelchairs consists of 351 participants, and was achieved by MyrnaLee Mania (USA) in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, USA, on 16 May 2015.This event was inspired by Myrna Peterson and Lee Isaacs, who began the movement MyrnaLee Mania through their work to raise awareness for people who use wheelchairs. Both Myrna and Lee suffered tragic accidents on 21 June, 1995, leaving Myrna a quadriplegic and Lee a paraplegic. Since their accidents, they have dedicated themselves to raising awareness to the mobility barriers that many people face. They are currently reaching out to local community organizations in order to obtaining funding for accessibility assessments to be done in every town in Itasca County, Minnesota. They seek to better the lives of people in wheelchairs and support the need for reliable transportation. Their motto is: "We are not disabled but rather differently-abled."
