Longest time breath held voluntarily (female)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to hold the breath underwater is 18 min 32.59 sec and was achieved by Karoline Mariechen Meyer (Brazil) at the Racer Academy swimming pool, Florianopolis, Brazil, on 10 July 2009.
Karoline is a professional freediver who trained for four months to try and break the record. Prior to the attempt she inhaled oxygen for 24 minutes.
