According to Official Guinness Records,

The record for the longest time controlling a football whilst lying down is 11 min and 9.97 sec and was achieved by Akinori Wase (Japan), in Yangon, Myanmar on 14 January 2017. Akinori used a Vantaggio FIFA certified football for his record attempt.
