According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to hold a person with one hand above the head in a lying position is 1 minute 5 seconds and was achieved by Donovan Jones (USA) and Rebecca Peache (UK) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi in Beijing, China, on 12 November 2008.
