The longest time in an abdominal plank position (female) is 3 hours, 31 minutes and 0 seconds and was achieved by Maria Kalimera (Cyprus), in Paralimni, Cyprus, on 28 September 2015. It took Maria about a years' practice until she decided to attempt the record.
