According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time spinning a basketball on a guitar is 13.23 seconds, achieved by Anna Malik (Hungary) in Budapest, Hungary, on 17 November 2016. The song performed during this record attempt was Riptide by Vance Joy. The attempt took place on Guinness World Records day with the support of Face Team Acrobatic Sports Theatre.
