According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to hold the acrobatic pole dancing position called “the sword” is 1 minute 24.62 seconds and was achieved by Alesia Vazmitsel (Belorussia) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 14 April 2011.
Alesia Vazmitsel is a champion in acrobatic pole dancing. The sword is an advanced position that only a small number of athletes can manage for a few seconds. It consists in a split along the pole with the head pointing down. The athlete holds herself on the pole with one arm only.
