Longest time to restrain a vehicle on an incline

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to restrain a vehicle weighing 980 Kg (2,160 lb) is 1 min 2 seconds by Ervin Katona (Serbia) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 25 April 2009.The car and the passengers on it weighed 980 kg and the car was on a 45 degree incline. It was restrained using a chain with a handle.
