Longest time to restrain two vehicles on inclines

According to Official Guinness Records,

The record for the longest time to restrain two cars is 17.36 seconds and was achieved by Tomi Lotta (Finland) on the set of “La Nuit Des Records”, Paris, France, on 10 October 2006.
2 Cars (Fiat Punto) 860 kg each - 1 driver 80 kg and the other driver 60 kg – length of stand 373 cm – height of stand 82 cm – hypotenuse 397 cm. Rob Molloy adjudicated the record attempt.
