According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to spray water from the mouth is 56.36 seconds and was achieved by Kirubel Yilma (Ethiopia) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 22 September 2016. Kirubel Yilma has a unique talent where he can spray water uninterruptedly from his mouth.
