According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time to stand on a Swiss ball is 5 hr 25 min 36.98 sec and was achieved by Garrett Lam (USA) in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, on 18 September 2015. Garrett Lam attempted this record for charity, hoping that people would donate money for every minute he spent on the Swiss ball.
