According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest video games marathon playing Grand Theft Auto (series) was achieved by Jeff Cork (USA) who played for 50 hours in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, from 6-8 August 2011.
The attempt started at 9:02 am on 6 August and ended 11.02 am on 8 August. Jeff Cork is an editor at Game Informer and the attempt took place in Game Informer's offices. Sara Wilcox and Freddie Hoff adjudicated.
