According to Official Guinness Records,

The most bounce juggles in one minute (three basketballs) is 194 and was achieved by Luis Diego Soto Villa (Mexico), in Mexico City, Mexico, on 16 December 2017. This record was equaled by Josh Horton (USA) in New York, New York, USA, on 7 June 2018. This was Josh's attempt to take back his previous Guinness World Records title from November 2017. It was then broken in December 2017.
