Most awards won by an indie videogame

According to Official Guinness Records,

Including both annual videogames presentations and awards given out by specialist gaming media, the PS3 adventure Journey (Thatgamecompany, 2012) won a total of 118 awards in 2012 and 2013. Highlights included IGN's Number One PSN Game of All Time, GameSpot's Overall Game of the Year, multiple BAFTAs, and CNN recognizing it in its 10 Best Video Games of 2012. Journey also holds the record for Most mainstream games awards won by an indie videogame, referring specifically to annual awards ceremonies such as DICE, BAFTA and Golden Joysticks. A PS4 version of Journey was released in 2015 to further critical acclaim.
