According to Official Guinness Records,

Most comedy gigs in a week is 30 and was achieved by Mark Murphy (Australia), in 30 different venues around Australia, on 14-20 October 2007. Mark helped raise over $2,000 for the Camp Quality children's charity through ticket and t-shirt sales and donations during his attempt.
