According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive bunny hops on a bicycle is 410, and was achieved by Alberto Limatore (Italy) at the Centro Fitness Oxygen in Verona, Italy, on 24 January 2015.Alberto beat the previous record by an incredible 289 bunny hops.
