According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive flips on hands held by two people are 19 and were achieved by Zang Shibo, Jiang Tongbao and Gao Xuefeng (All China) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China, on 14 November 2008.
