According to Official Guinness Records,

The most rotations around a bench without touching the floor are 40 and were achieved by Solano Moreno (Spain) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 27 March 2010. The record was part of the Italian TV series "Lo Show dei Record".
