The most contributions to a painting by numbers is 13,284, and was achieved by Jamil A. Al Zayat, Mohammed Fayiz Hamad, Haytham Khalid Youseef (all Jordan), Dr. Mohammed A. Al Marri, Fahad Saeed Al Subaei, Abdulrahman Hamad Al-Suwaidi (all Qatar), and Ari Hamad Azabanee (UK), in Doha, Qatar, from 9 to 17 December 2017.The event was held just prior to celebrations of Qatar's National Day and depicted a painting he Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani. Each participant painted a square patch of approximately 56.25 cm² (8.73 in²) on a canvas each measuring 224 cm X 120 cm (7 ft 4.2 in X 3 ft 11.2in). There were 27 separate canvases and when assembled the whole painting measured 7.32 m X 10.80m ( 24 ft 1 in X 35 ft 5in).
