According to Official Guinness Records,

The most cookies baked in one hour is 4,695 and was achieved by Hassett's Bakery in association with the Irish Redhead Convention (both Ireland), in Cork, Ireland, on 30 July 2013. The attempt was part of the Annual Irish Redhead convention, celebrating redheads and raising money for the Irish Cancer Society.
