According to Official Guinness Records,

The most couples kissing under the mistletoe at a single venue is 224, and was achieved by Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center (USA) in Kissimmee, Florida, USA, on 7 December 2017.The attempt took place in the hotel's St. Augustine atrium, and all participants received a sprig of real mistletoe to kiss beneath.
