According to Official Guinness Records,

The most Double Dutch-style skips in 30 seconds is 133 and was achieved by Huang Junkai, Jiang Dali and Jin Zhenyu (all China) from Shanghai Gaojing No.3 Middle School, on the set of CCTV Impossible Challenge in Langfang, Hebei, China, on 24 September 2017.The team went head to head against another team from Japan during the show.
