According to Official Guinness Records,

The most drop goals scored in a career in the Five/Six Nations Championships is 11 by Jonny Wilkinson (UK) for England between 4 April 1998 and 20 March 2010.
Wilkinson held a total of 12 international rugby union Guinness World Records by the conclusion of the 2009-2010 Six Nations Championships.
