According to Official Guinness Records,

The most flat spins in an aircraft is 100 and was achieved by Leonid Kulesh (Russian Federation) in Chita, Russian Federation, on 31 August 2014. Leonid attempted this record at 2,500 meters high and finished the spins at 500 meters high.
