According to Official Guinness Records,

The most live concerts in 12 hours (multiple towns) is 10 and was achieved by Tom Grennan and Insanity Records (both UK) in Marlborough, Wiltshire, UK, on 11 July 2018.The first concert took place at 06.45 near Bolton and finished at 18.30 in Marlborough. The route covered almost 555 km (345 miles) with concerts in Breightmet, Knutsford, Market Drayton, Bridgnorth, Pershore, Monmouth, Brockworth, Faringdon, Chipping Sodbury and Marlborough.
