According to Official Guinness Records,

The most mammograms performed in 24 hours (multiple venues) is 5,939, achieved by Kaiser Permanente (USA) in Pasadena, California, USA, on 17 October 2013.
The attempt took place at 107 Kaiser sites as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Sites included regions encompassing the Midatlantic States, Georgia, Colorado, the Northwest, Northern California, Southern California, and Hawaii.
