According to Official Guinness Records,
The most slender tower has a slenderness ratio of 47.61, is named the Top o' Texas Tower, situated at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas, Texas, USA, and opened on 27 September 2013. The 152.4 m (500 ft) tall tower treats riders to a panoramic view of the surrounding area, by means of an ascending gondola attached to the central shaft of the tower.
