According to Official Guinness Records,

The most pieces of naan bread made in one hour by a team of five is 640 and was achieved by Indian Ocean Restaurant (UK) in Ashton-under-Lyne, UK, on 29 September 2009.
The naan breads were made in traditional tandoor ovens.
