Most nationalities washing their hands simultaneously

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most nationalities washing their hands simultaneously is 72 and was achieved by Lifebuoy (Unilever Gulf FZE - UAE) in Dubai, UAE, on 10 October 2012.
In celebration of Global Handwashing Day more than 200 participants from 72 countries washed their hands. The participants came from all four corners of the globe, such as Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bolivia, Estonia, Hungary, Iraq, Malawi, Palestine, Syria, Ukraine and Zimbabwe.
