Most numerous class of aircraft carrier

According to Official Guinness Records,

The Casablanca class of escort aircraft carriers were constructed for the US Navy from 1942 to 1945. They were 156.1 m long with a beam of 19.9 m and a displacement of 10,902 tonnes when fully loaded. In total 50 were constructed. During World War II five Casablancas were lost in action and the rest were eventually scrapped, with none surviving to present day.
