Most Olympic gold medals in team swimming

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most Olympic gold medals in team swimming is 10, achieved by Michael Phelps (USA) from the 2004 Athens Olympics to the 2016 Rio Olympics. Phelps won two team golds at the 2004 Athens Olympics, three in Beijing 2008, two at the 2012 London Olympics, and a further three at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
