According to Official Guinness Records,

The bulkiest consumer magazine ever published was the 10 Jan 1990 issue of the weekly Shukan Jutaku Joho (Weekly Housing Information), running to 1,940 pages. Published in Japan by the Recruit Co. Ltd, it retailed for 350 yen.
