Most people cooking simultaneously

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people cooking simultaneously is 2,853 and was achieved at an event organised by Tourtrend Sp. z o.o (Poland), at Dolina Charlotty Resort & Spa in Strzelinko, Poland, on 13 June 2015. The event was part of the European Barbecue Championships. Participants were given pork fillets, seasonings and bread and provided with barbecue grills, coal, fuel and matches in order to prepare and cook the ingredients. A creche was set up nearby to keep children away from the fenced-off barbecue area, and the local fire brigade was on hand to put out any unwanted fires - and to cool down any overheated participants with a quick spray from their hoses.
