Most people in a mountain run - single mountain

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people in a single mountain run is 4,801 and was achieved by participants of the PNB MetLife Satara Hill Half Marathon, organised by Satara Runners (India) in Satara, Maharashtra, India, on 17 September 2017.Satara Runners are the previous holders of this record with their 2016 in which 4,081 runners took part.
