According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people inside a soap bubble is 374, and was achieved by Lyudmila Darina (Russian Federation) in Omsk, Russian Federation, on 2 March 2017. Lyudmila made a bubble from water, liquid soap, glycerin and thickening agents that was 2.5 meters tall.
