According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people standing on one leg simultaneously at multiple venues is 2,891 and was achieved by colleagues and customers of Tesco (UK) across ten locations in the UK, on 18 October 2012. The record attempt was part of the charity campaign Stand Up to Cancer.
