This record is for the greatest number of people waving traffic safety flags simultaneously at a single venue.This record is to be attempted by a team of unlimited size.This record is measured by number of participants.For the purposes of the record, a traffic safety flag, or otherwise referred to as a highway safety flag, is a colourful/fluorescent/retroreflective flag made of or coated with vinyl and used to promote traffic safety or to advertise road construction.
