According to Official Guinness Records,

The most points from waterskiing tricks is 12,570 points and was achieved by Alexi Zharnasek (Belarus) at the Isles of Lake Hancock, Florida, USA, on 29 April 2011.Alexi Zharnasek has claimed two higher scores in 2015 but the IWWF record review panel determined that the scores were lower than the current record.
