According to Official Guinness Records,

The most potatoes carried between the knees in three minutes is 45 and was achieved by Emma Krys, Bedir Aydemir, Tarik Windle, Gemma Brown, Susan Clarke (all UK) and Bich-Van Nguyen France) at the World Trade Centre, Barcelona, Spain, on 14 May 2010.
This was part of a GWR Live! event with MEC UK and GWR Live!
