Most revolutions in three minutes - wheel of death

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most revolutions on a wheel of death in three minutes is 42 and was achieved by Wan Xiaohua and Zhang Yizhan (both China) from Zhoukou Acrobatic Troupe in Beijing, China, on 30 November 2011.
It was an attempt fro the TV show CCTV-Guinness World Records Special 2011.
