Most seafood prepared at an outdoor event

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most seafood prepared at an outdoor event is 6,340.72 kg (13,978.94 lb) and was achieved at the "A Maior Sardinhada do Mundo", at the Largo José Afonso, in Setúbal, Portugal, on 29 May 2010.
The record was achieved grilling sardines alone on a 100 m (328 ft) long grill.
