According to Official Guinness Records,

The most skateboarding dogwalks in one minute is 120 and was achieved by Ismael Pérez López (Spain) in Ferrol, Spain, on 8 August 2015. Ismael was inspired to beat the record when he saw a video of the previous record by Stefan Åkesson of Sweden.
