According to Official Guinness Records,

The most spins whilst hanging from a ring in one minute are 182 and were achieved by Zheng Dan (China) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China, on 17 November 2009. The spins are performed hanging from a ring, but the feet touch the ground.
