According to Official Guinness Records,

The most t-shirts removed while heading a football is 22 and was achieved by Abraham Muñoz (Mexico) on the set of Univision’s Premios Balón de Oro de la Liga MX, in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 14 July 2018.Before the attempt, Abraham Muñoz was introduced by a video of Daddy Yankee wishing him luck on his attempt. Abraham said he was proud to bring this record back to Mexico at an event celebrating Mexican football players.
