The most underpants pulled on in one minute (team of two) is 19, achieved by Silvio Sabba and Marco Lombardi (both Italy) in Rodano, Milan, Italy, on 18 July 2017.Silvio Sabba is a serial record breaker.This record was broken at the New Fitness Point Gym.
