The most vertical rotations of a toothpick using the mouth in one minute is 32, achieved by Dinesh Shivnath Upadhyaya (India) in Mumbai, India, on 25 August 2017.Dinesh was also the previous holder of this record with 30 rotations from an attempt in May 2017.
