Tirupati Temple in Andhra Pradesh, India, attracts 30,000–40,000 visitors per day and an estimated 75,000 on New Years Day (January 1). The Tirupati temple is also the richest Hindu temple in the world (see record), with an annual budget of $57.02 million (£35.2 million).
