According to Official Guinness Records,

Doris Self (September 18, 1925 - October 3, 2006) achieved a world record on Q*Bert on 1 July 1984, at the age of 58, competed regularly for the world title today until her death aged 81. She began playing in 1983, after the death of her husband.
