Oldest known Mayan mural

According to Official Guinness Records,

A mural discovered in 2001 in the ancient city of San Bartolo, Guatemala, has been dated to 100 BC. The mural, which is the size of a room, was painted by skilled artists, tells the story of creation and gives insights into the Maya concepts of kingship, including the idea that kings ruled by divine right, a privilege thought to be handed down to them by the gods themselves. Previous to this discovery, archaeologists had assumed that Maya writing and art had not reached a sophisticated level until the seventh century AD. Source, National Geographic:
