Oldest multi-track digital recording studio

According to Official Guinness Records,

Sound 80 Studios, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, was constructed in 1970 and became the world's first multi-track digital recording studio in collaboration with the 3M Company, the developer of multi-track digital recording. The studio complex is now part of Orfield Laboratories.
The Studio complex is an internationally known perceptual and analytical research laboratory. The first record released under the Sound 80 Digital label was Appalachian Spring, by the St Paul Chamber Orchestra in 1978, which won an American Grammy Award, the first Grammy Award for a digital recording.
